How we work with you
Initial Contact & Meeting
Once we’ve established your need to recruit, we’ll visit your company to develop our understanding of the role and the right candidate fit whether for a short-term temporary job or permanent position.
Sourcing Candidates
As well as our existing database of registered job seekers, we also source using job boards, referrals or targeted selection. Candidates are interviewed and assessed as to their skills match and fit for your job role, as well as checked for right to work compliance. We’ll then put forward a small short list for interview.
Interviews
We’ll arrange interviews for you, fully briefing all candidates about the job, your company and culture and give you candidate feedback throughout, until you’ve successfully filled the role and onboarded your new employee.
Keep in Touch
Whilst we don’t want to stalk you, we like to keep in contact with you regularly to update on any issues, changes or business successes.
