ACCA, CIMA, ACA or fully AAT qualified Finance Manager required for a highly successful and strategically growing business in High Wycombe. They are a world leading supplier in their sector with sustainability and innovation as a core principle.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for leading a small team of Finance Assistants and managing all aspects of finance processes and controls within the UK office. This will include:
- Management of AP and AR processes
- Statutory Accounting and Compliance reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Lead month end and year end processing
- Financial Analysis
- Day to day staff management and motivation
- Systems development and improvement
The successful candidate:
Ideally, you’ll have an accounting qualification or be qualified by experience and have gained experience of a senior finance role within a multinational organisation, preferably managing a team.
You’ll also be a confident SAP user, with advanced Excel skills and be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills.
