Client Services Executive

The Client Services Executive is a point of contact for all major corporate (Mass Payment) clients providing daily
operational and trading assistance.  You’ll have a combination of client facing skill/experience, operational know how and problem-solving abilities in order to support the day-to-day relationship of these key corporate accounts, expertly switching between each as needed. You will be servicing the primary revenue and growth area of the
business at an exciting time for the company, at the forefront as an ambassador for the product and service.

Main duties include:

  • dealing with live currency trade booking
  • banking information
  • figures and high value and volume transactions
  • regular client contact
  • helping identify client issues and working to resolve them
  • accuracy of work is critical as is a strong eye for detail
  • high pressure work environment

The successful candidate will be joining a fast growing FinTech company based in High Wycombe, and working as part of dynamic team.  Ideally a recent graduate with a background in finance/accounts/figurework, plus some customer relations experience.
