Fleet Administrator



Brief overview of the role:

As a Fleet Administrator, you will be providing administrative support to the Used Cars Sales Team which will involve:

Key Job responsibilities:

  • Updating VRS Fleet System with details of payments received and checking and updating tasks in defleet as required
  • Administer the sale of Risk and Buyback vehicles from Invoice to onward delivery, including invoicing vehicles, arranging clearance, and arranging delivery
  • Liaise with Credit Control and assist in chasing buyers for payment for invoiced vehicles
  • Check and record collection and inspection invoices on the fleet system
  • Provide monthly report on activity and vehicle status

Person spec:

  • Outstanding Customer Service skills on the phone
  • Good at handling high volume of calls
  • Ideally have experience within the motor trade
  • Good administrative skills
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport


  • Salary: £21,000 plus bonus up to £2,000 per annum
  • Company profit share after 12 months service
  • Pension scheme
  • Annual 22 days holiday, increasing to max 25 days
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 9:00 – 5:30pm
