We’re working with a market-leading and well established company, to recruit a customer focused Sales Administrator to join their High Wycombe team, supplying luxury products to wholesale and retail outlets

As Sales Administrator, your varied and wide ranging responsibilities will include;

  • Handling customer queries via phone and email
  • Processing orders, quotes and invoices
  • Liaison with the Warehouse team re logistics / delivery
  • Managing export / shipping documentation
  • Ensuring the CRM system is kept up to date
  • You may also take part in trade shows/exhibitions which occur throughout the year

Candidates’ skills/attributes should include:

  • Common sense, practical with very strong attention to detail
  • Ideally experience in Customer service, Sales or Office Administration
  • IT skills including CRM systems, MS Office
  • Experience of working within a sales environment
  • Good telephone manner and well presented
