Our client is recruiting for a Supply Chain Assistant to work as part of a team of 6 people.

The key responsibilities involve processing sales and sample orders whilst dealing with telephone/email queries from internal and external customers. Ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently and effectively within the department’s customer service level commitment


  • Providing excellent customer service in line with departmental standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Processing of sales and sample orders.
  • Proactively promoting the companies products and services at all times, whilst maintaining excellent service levels.
  • Handling all customer related enquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Responding to complaints relating to service or product, including the administration of exchanges, returns and faulty stock.
  • Various administration tasks, including but not limited to invoicing, scanning and credit notes.
  • Work to targets as set by Supply Chain Supervisor.
  • To implement the Company’s Quality Policy as documented in the Quality and Procedures Manual.
  • To provide flexible cover as required across all Supply Chain administrative activities as directed by line management

The successful candidate will ideally have some supply chain experience, along with administrative and customer service skills and experience.
